Yes absolutely. When we build your site you have the flexibility to choose a payment platform you prefer and that is allowed in your country e.g. PayPal, Stripe, etc. OR you can just use the cash option which is not connected to any payment platform per se. COD applies to most sellers when the food is delivered or picked up by customers.

Our sites range from Free with limited functionality, using existing templates, and included Appetivo branding, up to $2,500 for pro solutions with your own brand, depending on the level of integration and functionality you require. Most of the sites we launch range from $900 to $1,500.  We can give you a more accurate estimate once you have reached out for a discovery call via the contact form below.  This includes your first year of hosting on Webflow.  Thereafter your hosting will never exceed $20 per month.

We only charge a one-time fee to build your site so you can operate your restaurant independently and charge your customers directly. There are no additional hidden or commission fees we charge once your site goes live.  Adding a support plan, later on, is 100% optional if you need a lot of help with your site. But in most cases, our clients don't need any support since website CMS is so simple to use.

Please note that optional fees charged by credit card companies (for non-cash) and possible delivery fees from 3rd party providers are not processed by Appetivo and have nothing to do with us.

This is really up to you. We are getting mixed feedback from some restaurants saying they would rather deliver their own food to save on the overhead and other restaurants asking to use third-party services for delivery. We are happy to work with you on whatever integration and decision work best for your business. Certain delivery services like UberEats, Doordash, Postmates, DiDi Foods, Rappi, etc. require additional development time but yes it is all possible.

Yes, your website belongs to you. We build all new sites on an extremely powerful development and hosting platform called Webflow. Your site is not restricted to any proprietary back-end software solution that some other food site developers use. If you ever want to take over the design you could simply hire your own Webflow designer and we can transfer the site over to them if that becomes a future need. But your website becomes your personal intellectual property you own once paid for. Free sites will remain under Appetivo's brand and could make reference to some Appetivo branding.

Yes! All our sites include 24/7 support to help clients remain active and drive revenue. Once your site launches we will include 30 days of free support for any other site edits or changes you want to make.  And thanks to the redundancy of Webflow's secure hosting, the chances of your site ever going down or being hacked is less than 0.1%. Most of our support focuses on additional site improvements or integrations you can make down the line.

For more advanced Integrations we can definitely connect your existing point of sale to your new site.  This request does take more time since we have to research the development documentation that applies to your POS system for successful integration.

The easiest way to answer this is by comparison. Since we started using Webflow we have not had a single client ever come back to us and said they don't know how to make changes. We always include a 30 Min Zoom session once the site goes live to show you in person how you can make changes. If you can use Facebook or WordPress then Webflow is a piece of cake.  Some of our clients have even said that they find the Webflow CMS easier than email. Hopefully, that answers your question.

Webflow is public web development and hosting platform. The development team at Appetivo looked into all existing solutions currently available on the web to help us provide the best possible results for our clients. Once your site goes live you will have full access to all content via the Webflow's CMS (Content Management System) to edit and update any information yourself, or you can continue to use Appetivo pro support to do it on your behalf.
